APPOINTMENTS
Since many appointments are made during school hours, we ask for
your cooperation in scheduling your visits. In an attempt to
provide our patients with high quality care in a reasonable amount
of time and reduce lengthy waiting, we perform certain procedures
at certain times of the day.
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you
cannot keep your scheduled appointment so we may offer the time
to other patients.
TREATMENT TIME
All orthodontic cases are different and require unique types
of treatment. Because of this, treatment time will vary depending
upon the nature of the case, growth consideration, and patient
cooperation. Dr. Lockard will be able to advise you at the outset
of treatment.
INSURANCE
As a courtesy to our patients, we will be glad to verify your orthodontic
coverage and will prepare your insurance forms.
In order for us to obtain your appropriate benefits, please bring
your complete orthodontic insurance information at the time of
your first visit.
